PDSC and Windwanderers present Double-Up Weekends for LT and Shortboard riders!  Just pick and choose what to join - there's something for everyone no matter the wind conditions so pack both boards!
Saturday 11.30am LT Training Session with Dennis Winstanley (14 x National Champion) followed by LT racing.
AND/OR Saturday all day - Open GPS challenge with KA72. 
Sunday 9am - try your skills in the Club Racing session.
AND/OR Sunday - Open GPS challenge.  

GPS Challenge is open to any style windsurfing board you have. Challenge categories include the longest distance travelled, the fastest nautical mile, the fastest 500m, and the best 1 hour.  Go for the glory or a PB in the Bowen breezes.  

Saturday night camping on site is available for $20 (unpowered grass camping - limited spots / or Club beachside carpark area) -  includes use of Club's hot showers and toilets.  Sorry we have no camp kitchen on site. Weekend entry fee:
Non Members $40 (includes entry to the Club Racing on Sunday)
Current financial members of PDSC $30

This is our regular monthly event to give NQ windsurfers who ride both shortboards and LTs a chance to get together, network, pass on information, learn and practise in preparation of the upcoming events such as Burrum Windfest (April/May), LT NQ Championships (June), Green Island (approx July TBA), and Sail Bowen (Nov).
