Port Denison Sailing Club is pleased to present GREEN FLEET Learn to Race coached racing this term for children aged 7+ who have previously participated in Term 4's Green Fleet Coached Racing/or have graduated from Big Pirates and who are currently paid members of the club. 
We will be joining club racing and preparing for the Green Fleet racing at Sail Airlie at Easter.  Please confirm with instructor Johanna to ensure your child is ready for this next step before registering.  
The lessons will be presented in a fun and interactive way with activities and drills aimed at this age group.
Water confidence is essential to join Green Fleet Learn to Race as we sail further from the beach. 
Students will sail in the Club's "Qube" learner boats, in the Club Opti Tackers, or in their own/club Optimists, with lifejackets supplied.
Students need to bring their swimmers, a stinger suit, hat, sunscreen, towel and water bottle.
Each session runs for 1.5 - 2 hours and we ask that parents attend in order to assist with moving equipment to and from the water's edge as required.  

Brieifing is at 9.45am for a 10am start on the water.  Please assist students to be fully rigged, warmed up, and ready to go before that time.  

Total cost for this term: $50 (Cost per session is $10).
